I cannot connect to Banner INB from home.
Banner INB is firewall protected and only accessible from on campus.

I get a message that a "A break-in attempt was detected."
This message may appear if you are idle within the myEdison Portal for a length of time and get automatically logged out of the entire Portal or just a particular area. Logging back in to the myEdison Portal should allow access.

When I click on Banner INB it says "Java Applet Loading" or shows a blank gray box and the Banner window doesn't open.
This happens when using a non-supported browser or there is a problem with Java. Try using Internet Explorer. If you encounter the problem while using Internet Explorer call the Help Desk.

When I click on a Banner Web Services link (other than Banner INB) it asks for a user name and password.
This happens when the connection between the myEdison Portal and Banner is lost. The connection is usually reestablished by the Technology Services Department within a couple minutes, wait and try again.
