Enhanced audio files utilize the iTunes album artwork technology. The artwork should appear in a window at the bottom left of the iTunes window. If you do not see the artwork window, click View from the toolbar and click Show Artwork. If you do not have the option to Show Artwork: on the Edit menu, click Preferences, Store, "Automatically download missing album artwork".
On an iPod
After syncing with iTunes, the enhanced audio file will appear on an iPod in the Music category. While playing, the album artwork will appear on one side of the screen and the track information will appear on the other side.
To have the album artwork fill more of the screen, press the round button in the center of the iPod controls.
