Change your Password
First you must know the current password (Default is 222)
Key in the correct Campus Service Access number (see above)
Press # if calling from your phone or enter your extension number
Enter your password
Press 9 (Mailbox Options)
Press 3 (Password) follow the prompts
To Change the NAME on your PhoneMail
Key in correct Campus Service Access number (see above)
Press # if calling from your phone or enter your extension number
Enter your password
Press 8 (Answering Options)
Press 4 (Change the name) follow the prompts
To change the GREETING for your extension
Key in correct Campus Service Access number (see above)
Press # if calling from your phone or enter your extension number
Enter your password
Press 8 (Answering Options)
Press 1 (Change Greeting) follow the prompts

To pick up your PhoneMail messages
From your phone
Press MSGWTG button and follow the prompts
If your MSGWTG button is not programmed, press a line key to get a dial tone, Key in ##30 1395 and then press the MSGWTG Button
From off campus or from another telephone on campus
Lee Dial 489-9395 (1395 on campus)
Collier Dial 732-3799 (3799 on campus)
Charlotte Dial 637-5601 (5601 on campus)

Key in your password, follow the prompts
To directly access PhoneMail, to leave a message

Forward Calls During Breaks
On your ROLM phone, to have your calls forward to a general College closed message, useful during Winter and Spring break, get a dial tone, press FORWARD (or #9), dial extension 4000, hang-up.
To cancel after the break, from your telephone, get a dial tone, press FORWARD. (or ##9) |
