Add to Existing Questions

1.Select the Build tab.

2. Select the Assessments tool and the Assessments screen appears.

 

3. Select the assessment to which you want to add questions by clicking its name.

4. Select the Add to Assessment button and a pop-up menu appears.

 

5. Select the Existing Questions option and the Question Database screen appears.

By default, the Question Database screen displays a listing of Categories because the screen is in Category View (see upper right corner). You can switch to Question View if you would rather see all the questions in an alphabetical list.

 

6. Click on the + symbol next to a category you wish to expand.

7. Select the check boxes that precede the questions you want to add to the assessment.

 

8. Select the Add Selected button at the bottom of the screen.

The screen now displays the new question(s) you added along with the Points, Type of question, and Total Points for the assessment.

 

Now you know how to add questions to your existing assessments from the Question Database.
