Slide 1: Slide notes: Overview: This tutorial explains “Parts” within
Blackboard CE assessments. The questions in an existing quiz can be organized
into parts or sections. For example, you could group all questions related to
a chapter or section together. Parts are first created and then questions
can be moved into the appropriate parts. The Part menu option will only be
available after you have added at least one question to the assessment. To
add parts to an assessment do the following... |

Slide 2 Slide notes: From the Assessments tool, click on the title of the assessment to go to the edit screen for that assessment. |

Slide 9 Slide notes: From the edit screen for an assessment, check the box next to the question(s) or question set you wish to move to a part. |
