Slide 17
Slide 17 Slide notes: Next type the answers... |
Slide 18
Slide 18 Slide notes: ...and optionally any feedback in the appropriate text boxes. |
Slide 19
Slide 19 Slide notes: Take care not to mistake Feedback boxes
for answer boxes. Be sure to avoid inserting answers in the Feedback text
boxes. This avoids having students who take the assessment early share
answers with other students. Select the Correct response check box that corresponds to the correct answer. |
Slide 20
Slide 20 Slide notes: If there are multiple correct
answers, assign percent values in the Value (%) text boxes for all answers
that are correct. The percentage is for the current question only and not a
percentage of the overall quiz. Questions with only one correct answer are automatically assigned a value of 100% when you check the Correct response check box. You do not need to type any % values for single correct response questions. Conversely, when you enter a % value there is no need to check the Correct response box. |
Slide 21

Slide 22
Slide 22 Slide notes: In the Settings area, make any changes that will suit your needs. Slide 27
Slide 27 Slide notes: Any questions you create without assigning a specific category will be in the Uncategorized Questions category. The student never sees this label. It simply means you have not purposely assigned the questions to a category so they’ll be more difficult for you to locate and re-use in another assessment. |
Slide 28

Course Tools in the course menu to see your quiz. Notice that the quiz you just created says, (Hidden) after its name. |
