Slide notes: The Grade Book shows all enrolled members, students and designers alike. There may be a considerable number of students and/or columns. Scrolling will most likely be necessary, especially if your browser window is small.

Select the View Audit History button at the top following the student’s name.

 

The window that opens, shows the audit history (grade overrides) for the student.

Slide notes: The Export Grade Book Audit Log Data window opens. You can choose to export a Comma delimited (.csv file format for Excel) or Tab delimited (.txt file format) file. Choose the Comma delimited option.

Slide notes: Select the Save button in the File Download dialog box. Choose a destination on your computer. You may consider naming the file so it will be recognizable. If you attempt to export another log to the same folder with the same name you will receive a warning that the file already exists. Giving the file a name that relates to the student whose log this is would make sense.
